Oakview Construction has already built 3 beautiful floor plans for the homes in Cosart Heights with a 4th plan on the way! If you already have a plan in mind that you would like to use, bring it to us and let us build the home of your dreams! The current plans allow for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and range from 1,430-1,701 square feet. Four of the sixteen available lots face Glaze Avenue and offer a private alley access. The remaining twelve lots face Self Court and offer a cozy cul-de-sac location. All of these homes are on the edge of town and offer all of the in-town convenience with the out-of-town quietness!
